  • Intradyn Introduces New User Experience and Features in AOS 6.0

In an effort to create a more seamless and user-friendly solution, the team at Intradyn announces the launch of AOS 6.0 — a completely redesigned and refined email archiving experience.

The newly-redesigned archiving solution will be released on April 18, 2017. All features you’ve come to know and love will remain the same, however the new release will feature a vastly improved interface we know you’ll enjoy.

Efforts to upgrade our archiving solution involved a multi-faceted approach that began in early 2016. Working with a team of top-notch designers on UX improvements resulted in nearly 100 different designs and iterations. The final version of AOS 6.0 went through substantial Beta testing to ensure it is ready for the roll out

What to Expect from AOS 6.0

The new archiving solution reflects a completely redesigned front end that will create a more user-friendly experience — a need made very clear through years of customer feedback.

Users will gain access to an overall better archiving solution that requires far fewer steps to complete search queries, a welcoming change that will result in major time savings.

“Customer data shows that 99% of time is spent using the search functionality.”

The three most important updates featured as part of AOS 6.0 include:

    Seamless Setup Experience

Users with the cloud, hardware or virtual archiving solutions can expect a more efficient and less cumbersome setup process

    Admin Dashboard Improvements

Administrators will have access to all of the relevant archiving information in one user-friendly dashboard.

    Refined Search Functionality

Users can search and locate email and complete actions far faster than ever before.
