Do you have Intradyn Email Archiver Plugin and is it disappearing in Outlook 2013 and 2016? You need to enable the plug in. Here are the steps to follow to fix this issue.
So you installed the Archiver plugin for Outlook:
But then, one day, it isn’t there. The most common cause for the plugin to disappear is because Outlook decided it was taking too much time to start. In its wisdom it decided that speed of start up was more important than your productivity tools. To fix this, select File.
Then select “Manage Add-Ins”
There you may see the plugin has been disabled. Click on the “Always enable this add-in” to stop Outlook from disabling the plug in due to slow starting.
If that is not the problem, then check if the plugin is not enabled in the plugin options. To reach that screen, select Files (like above) then select Options.
Click on Add-Ins.
The following screen pops up. You can see the plugin listed under Inactive Application Add-Ins (1). Click on GO (2) to manage the add ins.
Click the unchecked box next to the plugin (1) and hit OK (2), and the plugin should be available on your Outlook.
NOTE: The plugin on this screen is called “Email Archiver”. It could also be called “RazorSafe” or “DataCove” depending on the OEM.
