How does the Portal authenticate users?

The archiver verifies the accounts using it through the active directory or LDAP authentication. This feature can be found under the Users and Groups tab, along the left side of the page.

Typically, most users build a series of connectors within the Authenticator: one specifically for administrators, and a series of others for other security groups that have been granted access privileges. The initial configuration of this setting can be assisted by your Sales Engineer to establish these privileges and ensure access is granted to the correct users.
