Is there a charge for migrating this data? 

The import tool is included free of charge. If you are a Intradyn cloud customer there may be a nominal upfront charge, based on the amount of data. If you are using one of our on premise appliances, you will want to make sure that you have enough storage capacity to hold existing and new emails.
